epoxy lined ductile iron pipe has the following characteristics:
1. Belongs to drainage ductile iron pipe (ductile iron pipeline of sewer engineering)
It is produced by using qualified spheroidized molten iron through high-speed centrifugal casting, and then through annealing, hydraulic pressure and internal and external anti-corrosion treatment. It is used in pipes for drainage projects.
2. The pipe itself is made of ductile iron and can withstand the high pressure on the pipeline when the valve is opened and closed.
3. The outer coating of the pipe is protected and has good anti-corrosion properties in most soil environments.
4. After the outer zinc layer of the pipeline is coated, a high-chlorinated polyethylene finishing layer is applied again. It has been proven to be one of the most effective anti-corrosion measures around the world and can effectively extend the service life of the pipeline.

Epoxy lined ductile iron pipe is a specially treated ductile iron pipe with an epoxy resin coating on the inner wall to improve the pipeline's corrosion resistance and fluid transport efficiency. This pipe has the following advantages:
1. Has strong corrosion resistance. Due to the special material of the pipe itself, the internal coating material uses epoxy resin paint. This material has good acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and can resist the erosion of various chemical substances.
