2 Products Feature

 

Red sewage ductile iron pipe is a pipe made of ductile iron as the base material and has the following detailed characteristics:

 

1.Pressure-bearing performance of sewage pipes: The performance of ductile iron pipes for rainwater and sewage is reflected in long-term support of soil loads and temporary traffic loads. Its elastic modulus can reach 170000Mpa, so it has good radial stiffness and can tolerate elastic deformation conditions. The complete seal can be maintained below.

 

2.Manufacturing process:

It uses qualified molten iron to add spheroidizing agent to form a spherical graphite structure inside the cast iron. After high-speed centrifugal casting, it is produced through processes such as annealing, hydraulic pressure and internal and external anti-corrosion treatment. It is used in municipal water supply pipe networks, long-distance water transmission in water plants, Municipal water conservancy pipes such as municipal sewage pipes and urban-rural integrated pipe networks.

 

3. Hardness. The Brinell hardness value of ductile iron pipe shall not exceed 230HBW.

 

4. Under normal operating conditions, including foreseeable external loads and interface transport (deflection, radial and axial movement), when the ductile iron pipe is used under the specified pressure, there should be no leakage by visual inspection.

 

5.Good fracture toughness and pressure resistance.
